Raleigh Lawn Care LLC. is a locally owned business. The owner, Rob Tarbuck has lived in Raleigh since 1987 and plans on staying. After graduating from Broughton High School in 1998, he moved to Wilmington to run the family business. After living at the coast for a few years, he then decided to expand the family business into Charlotte. Years later the family business was sold and Rob was at a crossroads. He decided to provide the residents of Raleigh a reliable lawn care company at a great value. That's the Raleigh Lawn Care way.
Raleigh Lawn Care values communication and we thrive on it. We want you to be as satisfied as possible. We want your neighbors to become our clients. So the burden is on us to excel at what we do so others will notice our work. To ensure that you receive the best service from us, we set in place practices and procedures for our company and employees.
As a company, we will:
- Guarantee that we are currently and will remain insured. With us, you're covered!
- Accept payments online through PayPal. This provides you a safe, secure way to make payments without having to mail in a check.
- Work with our employees and company processes to provide great customer service.
- Provide great services at a fair price per month Lawn Care Service.
Once a customer comes on board with Raleigh Lawn Care LLC., we will set up your account information in our state of the art lawn care program. This program allows us to do the following:
- Routing - This will minimize the time we spend on the road, helping us provide you with the fairest rate possible.
- Invoicing - With the click of a mouse, we can complete your work order and auto-bill you through email.
- Mobile Tracking - This gives us the benefit of tracking our crew in the field, by monitoring their progress, we will know exactly what time they arrive at your property and when they leave.
All employees will:
- Pass a background check
- Provide proof of citizenship
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Wear a company uniform
- Have at least 2 year of experience in their field.
